Shipping policy

1. The delivery costs of the Products to be borne by the Customer are determined during the Order placement process.

2. The delivery time of the Product is made up of the time to produce the Product and the time to deliver the Product by the carrier:

      2a. The producing of the Products is a maximum of 15 working days,
  
         2b. The delivery of the Products that are movable goods by the carrier takes place within the time declared by the carrier, i.e. approximately 10-20 working days from the time the shipment is sent (delivery takes place only on working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

3. The products purchased in the Store are shipped to France via courier companies and La Poste, and to other countries via poste.

SHIPPING TO THE USA

After cancellation of the minimis rules - now all of the packages are being send with the 15%tariffs that are included in the shipping price.

Shipping price consists of shipping rate, tariffs and processing fees

All of those are calculated at the checkout

These might change based on the actual USA regulations

 

For the shipping outside of the EU - you may have to pay duties upon receiving the item

All products are handmade and made to order, product preparation usually takes up to 15 days, then about 10 days to arrive. (excluding "ready to ship" category)

During peak periods (e.g. around Christmas) it may take a little longer, so please take this into account when placing orders during this period (October, November, December).

All products are shipped with the tracked option so you will receive a tracking number for them.
