We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the day you receive the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess the issue and rectify it.
Exceptions or non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including made-to-order items (such as special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.
How to do it?
- Write us an email with the title "RETURN + order number" to the email address: retrolalaglass@gmail.com We will contact you within 3 business days with instructions and a return form.
- Pack the returned product (in the original packaging) and attach the printed return form (this is very important, returning the product without the attached form will not be considered).
- Return the package to the address we provided in the email confirming the return of the product.
REMEMBER:
- You make the return at your own expense. This amount is not refundable. You can return the package using the method of your choice - we do not accept packages via the "cash on delivery" option.
- For safety and delivery time reasons, we recommend that you return the goods via a courier company.
- Refunds will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.
- If your product return is not accepted (for example due to damage to the goods or visible signs of use), we will notify you by email and within 7 working days we will send the product back to you, at our shipping costs.

14-day withdrawal period in the European Union
Not with standing the above, if the goods are being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving any reasons. As above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
